In this program, we focus on the comprehensive development of goal tenders in every area beyond the ice surface. We emphasize balanced body strengthening and power, coordination, mobility, and stability development, as well as improvements in explosiveness, conditioning, and recovery. We also prioritize building mental strenght, setting the right mindset, and managing pressure effectively. The goal is to prepare goalies to be balanced, strong, focused, and ready to meet the demands of the modern game- physically, mentally, tactically and performance-wise.
