About Oliver - Founder
I started playing hockey at the age of nine, and throughout my career, I had the opportunity to play at both the national team and professional levels. As a goalie, I experienced the pressure of big games, moments of triumph and disappointment, constant challenges, and the need to be mentally resilient in every situation. These experiences taught me that success in sports is not just about physical abilities but, most importantly, about mental strength.

After finishing my playing career, I pursued a path as a hockey coach and also began helping athletes develop their mental strength. From my own experience, I knew how crucial it is to be mentally prepared for peak performance. I have trained hockey goalies in the USA and Slovakia, and through working with them, I realized one fundamental truth – many have excellent physical attributes, but their performance often depends on their mental state. Every athlete must learn to handle pressure, quickly get into the right mindset, and maintain focus throughout the entire performance.
